Easter is one of my favourite holidays, with better weather, bank holidays, and the perfect excuse to indulge in sweet treats. Whether you’re hosting family, planning a spring get-together, or just treating yourself, these easy Easter dessert recipes can all be made in under 20 minutes and are guaranteed to impress without the stress.

1. Strawberry Carrots
These Strawberry Carrots are the cutest and absolutely ideal for those who don’t want anything too heavy for their Easter treat. Kids in the family will love the deception, and they are super easy to make, all you need is white and milk chocolate, strawberries, and food colouring!

2. Hot Cross Bun-offe Trifle
This trifle will take centre stage this easter, made up of rum-soaked hot cross buns, caramelised bananas, whipped cream, chocolate and decorated with any sweets of your choosing, it’s almost hard to believe it only takes 20 minutes to make!

3. Eton Mess Easter Sharing Egg
This Easter we are giving Eaton Mess a new meaning. Split an egg in half, and fill it with a mix of jam, cream cheese and whipped cream, it can be topped with any toppings of tour choosing, but this one contains Meringue nests and strawberry and apple pieces. It literally takes 5 minutes too

4. Mini Egg Chocolate Orange Cookies
This recipe is so simple it literally involves only two ingredients: cookie dough and chocolate orange mini eggs (but you can use whatever you like to decorate), some edible bunny ears would look super cute too!

5. Mini Egg Mint Ice Cream
Homemade mini egg mint chocolate ice cream is a winning recipe this Easter, and it’s a lot easier to make than it sounds, with just 10 minutes prep time! it i ice cream though so you will need to chill it for 6 hours!

6. White Chocolate Nests
This sweet treat perfectly sums up Easter, it’s nest is made up of white chocolate, coconut and shredded wheat and it’s topped with mini eggs, plus it only takes 15 minutes to make.

7. Hot Cross Bun Filled Doughnuts
Get creative with your hot cross buns with some sweet filling, you can use jam, chocolate or any sweet or savoury filling of your choosing.

8. Lemon & Blueberry Pancakes
Have fun with your pancakes this Easter with lemon curd, Greek yoghurt and blueberries. The delicious pancakes can be eaten for breakfast, brunch or a snack.

9. Avocado Chocolate Mousse
Indulge in this vegan dark chocolate and avocado mousse topped with maple syrup.
